Baby corn fitters


Baby Corn Fritters

This is an easy & tasty snack on a dull evening. Baby corn when fried with this batter, it tastes yum. Eat them when still hot as they tend to get softer once they cool down.



You need:
15-20 Baby corn pieces (uncut) boiled in the microwave for 15 mins with little salt in the water
3 tbsp maida
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tbs cornflour
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
seasonings like chilly powder, turmeric powder & coriander powder
salt to taste
Chaat masala to sprinkle on top

What you need to do:
Mix all of the above ingredients to a smooth batter adding enough water (except the babycorns & chaat masala). Dip the babycorn in this batter, coat it completely & deep fry in hot oil. Use a tissue to drain out the excess oil. Sprinkle chaat masala before serving. Serve with any chutney or sauce.
