Peas Aloo Palak


Peas Aloo Palak

This sabzi is a quick fix when you are feeling lazy to chop any veggies ;) At least that is how I landed up making this recipe. Luckily it turned out good. Well, you cant get it wrong when you have potatoes in it!



You need:
2 potatoes, peeled & chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
handful of baby spinach chopped
2 cups frozen peas
seasonings like garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder & corainder powder
Salt to taste

Method:
In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, add ginger,garlic & green chillies. Saute for few mins, add the potatoes with little salt. Once they are cooked, add the onions. Cook till they become translucent. Add the seasonings & mix well. Now add the peas & spinach. Cook for few mins. Serve hot with any Indian bread.
